This course is designed to help candidates understand the MCS Quality Management System, which is required to achieve Microgeneration Certification for Renewable Technologies. As well as receiving guidance on other areas of the MCS process.
Aims of the course
On completion of the course, delegates should have knowledge of:
- The MCS Quality Management System (QMS), tailored to meet their company's precise requirements while ensuring compliance with all the requirements and regulations of Microgeneration Scheme
- How to register for the Renewable Energy Assurance Listing (REAL)
- Support on Microgeneration Certification Scheme Listing & Registration requirements with the MCS Certification Bodies
- The MCS assessment process; including the documentation and processes required to operate an MCS accredited business

Installers, plumbers, heating engineers and electricians who are interested in becoming MCS certified.
Suggested prior knowledge or understanding
